Registration Information

                Registration for camp is only accepted via online registration or regular mail.  Registration for camp is accepted only through completion of the registration form and sent with the nonrefundable deposit to: LOMO Registration, 863 Eastwind Drive, Westerville, OH  43081 or online registrations using your credit card online.  Sorry for the inconvenience, but registrations by phone, fax or email will not be accepted.

               Campers with special needs:    All campers are mainstreamed in the activity life of the appropriate age group.  We welcome and encourage campers who have special needs.  Please let us know any special needs when you register. 

                Monthly payment plans:   We would be happy to arrange a monthly payment plan with you so that your camper fees will be paid in full by May 31, 2008.  Contact the LOMO central office to make you would like to set up a payment plan.

                Camperships:  A camper with financial need is eligible for one Campership during the summer at any of the camps of LOMO.  Please call the LOMO central office for a Campership application at 1-800-431-5666.  Your assistance in providing a gift for camperships will be greatly appreciated.  Please include your Campership gift amount on the registration form.   You may include the amount in your payment or send a separate check with your registration form. 

                70% of CAMP COST:  The camper fees cover 70% of the actual cost of camp.   Your gifts to support the reduced fee are appreciated.  Please include your gift amount on the registration form.


Payments, Refund & Cancellation Policies

               All camper fees need to be paid in full by May 31, 2008.             

 
              Late Registration:  People who register after May 31, 2008 need to pay in full via cash or credit card when they register. 

                Refund Policy:  Your deposit is not refundable, but is transferable for the same individual to another summer camp program within the same summer at any LOMO camp if canceled 2 weeks or more prior to the date of camp you are registered for and space is available.   

                Late Notice of Cancellation:  People who do not let the camp know in writing two weeks in advance that they will not be coming to camp will be responsible for the full cost of the program without refund or transfer.
