Diving Deep Women's Spirituality Retreat

 
This retreat offers a unique opportunity for women to "dive deep" into their own life experience in order to discern the presence of God in their lives. Personal reflection, contemplative prayer, journaling and art activities will all help participants experience fresh insights and discover new sources of spiritual energy. This retreat is led by Pastor Karen Thompson of Bowling Green. Pastor Thompson is an experienced retreat leader and trained spiritual director. The retreat begins at 5:00 pm on Friday and ends at 12:00 noon on Sunday. Please see registration information for deposits and deadlines.

Gone Fishing Men's Retreat

 
Everyone needs a break now and then; even Jesus regularly went away with "the guys!" This retreat is the perfect opportunity to spend some fun, yet meaningful time away with other guys. The focus will be on fishing, with a fishing contest followed by a pan-fry fish dinner! There will also be time for bible study, worship, conversation, adventure, recreation, and of course, naps! The worship and study leader is Pastor Gary Eichorn of Our Saviour Lutheran in Dayton. The retreat begins at 7:00 pm on Friday and ends at 12:00 noon on Sunday. This year's annual "rolling retreat" will explore many of the wonderful sites to be found in the beautiful state of Pennsylvania. Highlights will include the Sight and Sound Theatre's amazing production of "Joseph," and some of the very best of Pittsburgh's many cultural attractions. We will take a riverboat cruise, visit the Carnegie Museums and the National Civil War Museum, tour the National Aviary, and more! Additional sites of historic and natural interest, along with unique shops and eateries, are all part of this special experience - not to mention the fun, Christian fellowship and worship shared with fellow travelers!

The fee is $835 per person, double occupancy, for this seven day, six night adventure. This includes all transportation, lodging, baggage handling, group excursions, and many meals. In God's Time Adult Retreat

Do you feel like you're always running out of time? Do you experience the stress and anxiety of "too much to do and too little time?" This retreat is a unique opportunity for you to step back and develop ways to manage your time - not just carefully, but prayerfully. Explore the spirituality of time and what it means to live in God's time each and every day. The retreat will be led by Pamela Czarnota of Christ the Redeemer Lutheran in Brecksville. Pam is an Associate in Ministry who is trained in Spiritual Direction. The retreat begins at 7:00 pm on Friday and ends at 4:00 pm on Saturday.
