Hello and thank you for your interest in joining the Lutheran Outdoor Ministries in Ohio year-round staff. Continuing your career at one of our camps will impact your life and the lives of numerous campers, retreaters, and environmental education students in a tremendous way.

Lutheran Outdoor Ministries in Ohio (LOMO) is an exciting program of the church serving thousands of campers, retreats, and environmental education students every year. LOMO depends on its staff to provide fun, faith-filled and safe experiences for every participant. If you are interested in becoming a part of the LOMO team, here is what you need to know.

Positions may become available at any of our four sites:  Lutheran Memorial Camp, open year-round, is located on over 420 acres of woodland 30 miles north of Columbus. Camp Mowana, open year-round, is located in the heart of Johnny Appleseed country just north of Mansfield. Camp Luther is located on Lake Erie, near Conneaut, and serves as a family camp during the summer; but is open for retreats during fall and spring.  LOMO Central Office, located in Westerville, is home to our administrative staff.

Some of our year-round positions include:  Environmental Education Instructor, Retreat Host, Program Director, Head Cook, Assistant Cook, Facilities Manager, Facilities Assistant, and Office Manager.
